The PM family represents our current primary offering of controllers and is the state of the art in precision control for critical thermal and other process control applications. The PM family has everything that you have come to expect in a your system controllers plus many new features. The PM can be supplied as a traditional temperature or process controller (pressure, humidity etc.), as an FM (Factory Mutual) approved limit alarm controller or as both in a single integrated module

The Model F4 controller is used primarily in MRTP (Mechanically Refrigerated Thermal Platform) systems due to its superb ability to provide excellent control for environmental test applications and to manage the special requirements of the compressor-based mechanically refrigerated cooling system.

Legacy Controllers
ESS continues to offer support for legacy controllers such as the 981S control
module used in the RC900 that has been the controller used with the T500 and
T600 series thermal platform systems since about 1997; early MRTP (mechanically
refrigerated thermal platform) systems and early SSTC (space simulation thermal
chamber) systems.
